With an impressive tenure of over 35 years in land management, garnered from his extensive experience working with the United Nations abroad, Taufiq brings a wealth of knowledge and global perspective to our team.

His responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of areas, including:

- Business Head - Land & Infrastructure 

    - Spearhead land-related matters, including acquisition, feasibility, and infrastructure planning

Ranjeeta Leads the entire Project Team.

She is the dynamic Project Lead who spearheads Sekaspace's  multidisciplinary team, comprising architects, engineers, and execution crew, to deliver projects with precision and excellence. With her diverse experience spanning various industries and projects, she brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to the table.

Ranjeeta's responsibilities include:

- Comprehensive project planning, from conceptualization to completion

- Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Negotiations with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

- Quotation management, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness

- Execution assistance, providing guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle
